Who Made This:
This towel is handwoven by physically challenged artisans and their families in Northern India, using traditional manual looms that allow for precise, small–batch craftsmanship. Artisans keep the warp in its natural, unbleached Kora cotton color and introduce color through low-impact–dyed weft yarns, creating the soft, subtly textured look of this collection. Every towel is woven thread by thread, reflecting the skill, patience, and expertise of makers who have trained in weaving as adults and rely on this craft for dignified, sustainable livelihoods.
