The Industrial Cottage is the official outlet store for Furniture Classics, offering beautifully curated furniture and home accessories in a 40,000sqft. showroom. We're open to the public the first Saturday and Sunday of every month, and we spend all month creating inspiring vignettes just for you.

Almost all the furniture you see is 40–50% off retail prices, so it's the perfect opportunity to find high-quality pieces at incredible value.

Many items on our floor are one-of-a-kind samples, while others come from our current inventory and can be reordered if we run out. If you see something you love on our Instagram or Facebook, we recommend coming early—popular pieces go fast, and once they’re gone, they’re often gone for good!

During the sale, our roaming cashiers are here to make your shopping easy. If you find a table, sofa, chair, or any other piece you want, simply raise your hand and a team member will come assist you. You can take your purchase home the same day or schedule a convenient delivery.
