The Industrial Cottage is a 40,000 square foot warehouse with curated furniture and accessories that is open the first Saturday and Sunday of every month. We work all month to set beautiful vignettes just for you. Come shop and take home your favorite pieces or schedule to have them delivered to your home.

            Some of the furniture pieces on our floor are part of our current inventory and can be ordered if we run out of stock. However, many of our pieces are samples and one of a kind! If you see something on Instagram or Facebook that you are interested in, please COME EARLY to the sale to ensure that you get the item that you want.

            We have multiple roaming cashiers ready to help you. If you find a table, sofa, chairs etc. that you want, just simply raise your hand and a cashier will come to you and assist you.
