Delivery Policy

Thank you for purchasing from The Industrial Cottage at Furniture
Classics. We are here to help you get your new pieces home safely when
you don’t have the vehicle or man power to do so. We have partnered
with trusted local delivery companies to deliver your purchases safely
every time.

We do ask that you prepare you home for your delivery by making sure
that all access points are cleared and that your furniture will fit through
doors, around corners, and up stairs if necessary.

The delivery company will reach out to you directly to schedule your
delivery. They will open the items outside of your home and remove all
trash. Please inspect your item(s) carefully. The delivery company will
contact The Industrial Cottage if you find any damage and we discuss
sending out a replacement.

Please note that our delivery team is unable to move around your
existing furniture for you. Additionally, they cannot set up or move any
TV or media equipment.

Someone 18 or older must be present when your purchase is delivered to
accept the delivery and provide a signature.

“Seven Cities”: $345 includes up to 7 pieces

Outside Hampton Roads up to 100 miles: $425 includes up to 7 pieces

*Additions pieces may be added for $50 per piece
*Eastern Shore/OBX will incur round trip toll charges
