Delivery Service

At The Industrial Cottage at Furniture Classics, we are here to help get your furniture home safely when you don’t have the vehicle or manpower to do so. We have partnered with trusted local delivery companies to ensure your items arrive safely every time.

Our “Seven Cities” delivery area includes Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Norfolk, Hampton, and Newport News.

Please prepare your home for delivery by making sure all access points are clear and that your furniture can fit through doors, around corners, and up stairs if necessary. The delivery company will contact you directly to schedule a convenient time. They will open the items outside of your home and remove all packaging and trash. Please inspect your items carefully. If any damage is found, the delivery company will notify The Industrial Cottage so we can discuss sending a replacement.

Please note that our delivery team is unable to move existing furniture or set up any TV or media equipment. Someone 18 or older must be present to accept the delivery and provide a signature.

Pricing:

“Seven Cities”: $345, includes up to 7 pieces

Outside Hampton Roads (up to 100 miles): $425, includes up to 7 pieces

Additional pieces: $50 per piece

Eastern Shore/OBX deliveries will incur round-trip toll charges
