Jolie Varnish is a clear, water-based acrylic topcoat that creates a long-lasting finish on furniture and cabinetry. Available in two different sheen levels, it is perfect for projects that require a higher sheen.
Jolie Varnish is an easy to use alternative to a wax topcoat over Jolie Paint, stained, or raw wood.
For best results, apply 2-3 coats of Jolie Varnish with a synthetic bristle brush, such as a flat brush, a sprayer, or a low nap roller.
Please Note: Jolie Varnish may alter the hue of white paint colors, making them appear slightly warmer. If using Jolie Paint in any of our whites, we recommend sealing with finishing wax to avoid changes in color.
COVERAGE: One 8oz (236.6ml) covers approximately 20-30 square feet (1.9-2.8 square meters). One quart (946ml) covers approximately 100-125 square feet (9.3-11.6 square meters). One gallon (3.79 liters) covers approximately 450 square feet (41.8 square meters). Actual coverage may vary depending on surface and application.
Jolie Varnish is not suitable for floors, unprotected exterior surfaces, or waxed surfaces.
