If you choose not to have your item(s) delivered, any damages that may incur while loading are solely your responsibility, and not that of The Industrial Cottage.
RETURN POLICY:
ALL PAINTED/CUSTOMIZED FURNITURE AND CUSTOM ORDER RUGS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. We do not accept returns or exchanges on painted goods off our floor or on custom ordered rugs. All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping must be paid by the customer. Vintage/“as is” items will show age & imperfections. STORAGE POLICY:
If purchased item(s) are not picked up within 3 weeks of initial pickup notification or purchase date, a $25 weekly storage fee will be applied to your balance. If item(s) are not picked up within 3 months of initial pickup notification or purchase date, the item(s) is therefore forfeited and becomes property of The Industrial Cottage.
