PRICE INCLUDES CUSTOMIZATION
1. Choose your color:
(a) Hand Painted - We use the Fusion Mineral Paint line for hand painted pieces. Choose from our selection of standard colors (shown in images). Don't see the color you're looking for? For an additional $25 upcharge we can paint with other brands such as Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, and Farrow & Ball or even custom mix a color for you.
(b) Lacquer - A high quality, professionally sprayed on application, to achieve that factory finish look. Choose from our selection of standard colors (shown in images) or select your own for a $50 upcharge.
2. Select your finish type - We offer matte, satin, high gloss, or waxed finishes for your painted piece.
3. Update your hardware - We can polish or paint existing hardware at no charge, or we can change out the hardware for something completely new and different (additional fees will apply)
We are currently on a 6-8 week lead time for custom pieces.

IN STORE OR CURBSIDE PICKUP:
This item is available for in store or curbside pickup at 2500 B Church St., Norfolk, Virginia 23504. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping is NOT FREE. If you need this item shipped, please contact us BEFORE you check out for a shipping quote. Items ship standard UPS Ground and arrive in approximately 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for any shipping or in-transit damages. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately.
If you choose not to have your item(s) delivered, any damages that may incur while loading are solely your responsibility, and not that of The Industrial Cottage.
ALL PAINTED/CUSTOMIZED FURNITURE AND CUSTOM ORDER RUGS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. We do not accept returns or exchanges on painted goods off our floor or on custom ordered rugs. All sales are final. Please inspect & review the product carefully and ask any questions you may have before purchasing. Shipping and/or Delivery costs will vary & are nonrefundable.
NEW OR “AS IS” FURNITURE, HOME DECOR, ACCESSORIES, LINENS, TEXTILES, AND UNOPENED PAINT PRODUCTS are returnable or exchangeable within 14 days of purchase date. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping must be paid by the customer. Vintage/“as is” items will show age & imperfections. Please inspect & review the product carefully and ask any questions you may have before purchasing. Shipping and/or Delivery costs will vary & are nonrefundable. Exchanged items are non-refundable to the original form of payment and will be issued in store credit in the form of a gift card if returned within 14 days of exchange date.
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final.
If purchased item(s) are not picked up within 3 weeks of initial pickup notification or purchase date, a $25 weekly storage fee will be applied to your balance. If item(s) are not picked up within 3 months of initial pickup notification or purchase date, the item(s) is therefore forfeited and becomes property of The Industrial Cottage.
